Unsafe Weather Policy
In the event that the water park is closed due to lightning or other dangerous weather conditions, a decision made solely by our management team, we will promptly notify all affected customers using the email address on file. If the closure is weather-related, you may reschedule your ticket at no additional cost. A gift card equal to the total value of your tickets will also be sent to the email address on file and can be used at any future date and time.
We do our best to notify all guests impacted by weather as quickly as possible, as we know many people travel from both near and far to visit us. As an outdoor activity, we are subject to changing and unpredictable weather conditions. While closing the water park is never something we want to do, the safety of our guests remains our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
