Unsafe Weather Policy
In the event the water park is closed due to lightning or dangerous weather conditions, which is always a decision made by our management team, we will notify all customers impacted through emailing the contact listed on file as soon as possible. Rescheduling your ticket will be available at no charge in weather related park closures.
We try to update everyone impacted by weather issues as soon as possible, as we understand people drive from near and far to visit us. Unfortunately, being located outside we are subject to the elements, which can change quickly and be unpredictable. Although closing the water park is never enjoyable for our guests, safety is our number one concern. Thank you for understanding.
