All Tickets are Non-Refundable!
Rebooking options are possible up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time through your confirmation email. Anything within the 24 hours & up to 2 hours before the start time will require you to contact us directly and a rebooking fee of 20% of your total purchase will apply. Rebooking within 2 hours of your reservation time will not be considered and rebooking will not be possible.
NO SHOWS – You cannot receive a refund or gift card if you do not show up for your scheduled time. To reschedule, you must contact us at splashoninfo@gmail.com or 705-279-1322 at least 2 hours in advance. Tickets not rescheduled in time will be considered redeemed.
Weather Closures – If we determine that the weather is unsafe and need to close the water park, we will promptly notify all affected customers. If your time slot is canceled due to a weather-related closure, a gift card will be sent to the email address on file. Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any future date and time.
Need to Reschedule? Use the “Cancel Booking” link in your confirmation email to request a gift card at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. For changes made 24–2 hours before your reservation, contact us directly at splashoninfo@gmail.com or 705-279-1322. Cancellations within 2 hours cannot be accommodated.
