Our water parks are giant 200+ person floating playgrounds located on busy public beaches. Each location includes monkey bars, swings, slides, balance beams and many more exciting and challenging obstacles. We take great pride in pushing our guests out of their comfort zones in pursuit of creating memorable highlights of the summer experiences of fun and laughter! We are a seasonal business operating from June to September each year. Current Ontario locations include Barrie and Orillia.
We are currently hiring our 2025 team for both Ontario locations!
Responsibilities: Beach Attendant responsibilities include ensuring the well-being of our guests, keeping beach areas clean, answering guest questions, enforcing policies, rules, and regulations of Splash ON Water Park.
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Assist in maintenance and overall upkeep of site location
- Welcoming and checking in customers with online booking system
- Work outdoors, assisting customers with life jacket sizing
- Other duties as assigned by on site management
Basic Qualifications
- Valid Emergency or Standard First Aid Certification
- Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Seven days of full availability is preferred. Business operates 10:30am – 8pm, 7 days a week throughout the summer.

Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant responsibilities include responding to general inquiries, creating and maintaining large bookings, working with customers to manage rebookings, and overall ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective & active guests
- Create bookings using our online booking system FareHarbour
- Maintain general correspondence via telephone and email
- Answer business telephone, focusing on excellent customer service
- Comply with all corporate policies & procedures
- Work with management assisting in administrative and marketing tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications
- Computer Literacy
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and respond accordingly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Five days of full availability is preferred. You will operate between 9am – 5pm, 2-5 days a week throughout the summer.
