The Splash ON Story

What began as a passion for waterfront recreation has grown into one of Canada’s most recognized inflatable water park operations.

Since opening in Barrie in 2017 and expanding to Orillia in 2018, Splash ON has become a beloved summer destination for families, tourists, schools, camps, sports teams, and community groups.

Every park is built using premium equipment from Wibit Sports, the global leader in inflatable water park technology. Combined with our industry-leading safety standards, comprehensive staff training, and commitment to operational excellence, we provide an experience that is both thrilling and secure.

Community involvement has always been at the heart of what we do.

Through charitable donations, fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships, Splash Water Parks has contributed more than $80,000 to charitable organizations and donated over $60,000 in passes to local non-profits, schools, sports teams, and community events.

We proudly support initiatives focused on children’s health, youth mental health, animal welfare, recreation, and community development.

Creating Meaningful Youth Employment

Splash ON is proud to be one of the largest seasonal youth employers in the communities we serve.

Each summer, our Ontario operations employ more than 50 nationally trained lifeguards and waterfront staff, providing valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, customer service, water safety, and emergency response.

Many of our team members begin as seasonal staff and return year after year, growing into leadership positions while developing skills that support their future careers.

Our commitment to training, mentorship, and professional development helps create a safe environment for our guests while providing meaningful opportunities for local youth.

Brittany Gallagher

Founder & Owner, Splash ON Water Parks

Brittany Gallagher is the Founder & Owner of Splash ON Water Parks and oversees the company’s Ontario operations. Since launching the first Ontario location in Barrie in 2017, Brittany has helped build Splash ON into one of the province’s leading waterfront recreation businesses and the operator of Canada’s Largest Floating Water Park.

With a background in aquatic recreation, competitive swimming, and waterfront operations, Brittany leads a team of more than 50 nationally trained lifeguards and waterfront staff each season. Her commitment to safety, community engagement, and operational excellence has earned recognition through numerous business and tourism awards.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and certification in Aquatic Management.

Makaila Coulson

Regional Manager

Since joining Splash ON in 2018, Makaila has played an integral role in the company’s growth and success.

As Regional Manager, she oversees the development and implementation of Splash ON’s comprehensive training programs, ensuring consistent safety standards and operational excellence across all locations.

Makaila holds a Bachelor of Honours Science in Human Kinetics, a Personal Training Certification, and multiple Lifesaving Society qualifications. Her expertise in staff development, leadership training, and water safety helps ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
