Brittany Gallagher
Brittany Gallagher is the driving force behind Splash ON Water Parks, Ontario’s largest inflatable water park operator and home to Canada’s biggest inflatable water park in Barrie.
She leads two vibrant waterfront locations in Barrie and Orillia, guiding a team of over 60 staff each season to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and unforgettable experience.
With a strong background in aquatic recreation, competitive swimming, and on-water operations, Brittany brings hands-on expertise to every aspect of the parks.
Her dedication to safety, community engagement, and innovative leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including the Woman of the Year – Young Entrepreneur Award, the Woman in Business Visionary Award, the Hospitality & Tourism Business Excellence Award, and the Social Media Excellence Award.
Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and certification in Aquatic Management, Brittany continues to grow Splash ON Water Parks into a beloved destination for families and a cornerstone of the local tourism and recreation scene.

Makaila Coulson
Makaila Coulson is the Regional Manager at Splash ON Water Parks and has been an important member of the team since 2018, playing a key role in the growth and success of both park locations.
She works closely with Brittany Gallagher to lead the teams, ensuring every staff member is supported, trained, and empowered to deliver a safe, fun, and exceptional guest experience.
She oversees Splash ON’s comprehensive training program, setting the standard for safety and operational excellence across all locations.
Her expertise in water safety, staff development, and program management has been essential in maintaining the park’s reputation for high-quality operations.
A highly accomplished athlete and bodybuilder, Makaila holds a Bachelor of Honour Science in Human Kinetics, a personal training certification, and multiple Lifesaving Society recognized qualifications.
