Weather Policy

In the event the water park is closed due to lightning or dangerous weather conditions, a decision always made by our management team, we will promptly notify all affected customers via the email address on file. Rescheduling your ticket will be available at no additional charge in weather-related park closures. A gift card equivalent to the total cost of your tickets will be sent to the email address on file and can be used at any future date and time.

We try to update everyone impacted by weather issues as soon as possible, as we understand people drive from near and far to visit us. Unfortunately, being located outside we are subject to the elements, which can change quickly and be unpredictable. Although closing the water park is never enjoyable for our guests, safety is our number one concern.  Thank you for understanding.
