Rebooking Policy
All Tickets are Non-Refundable!
Rebooking options are possible up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time through your confirmation email. Anything within the 24 hours & up to 2 hours before the start time will require you to contact us directly and a rebooking fee of 20% of your total purchase will apply. Rebooking within 2 hours of your reservation time will not be considered and rebooking will not be possible.
NO SHOWS – You cannot get a refund or rebook for not showing up at your scheduled time. If you do not reschedule your booked time with at least 2 hours notice, unfortunately the tickets will be considered redeemed.
Weather Closures – If we determine that the weather is unsafe to operate in and close the water park, we will promptly notify all affected customers as soon as possible. If your time slot is canceled due to a weather-related closure, we will issue a gift card to the email address on file. This gift card does not expire and can be used at any future date and time.
“Cancel Booking” within your Confirmation Email – Within your confirmation email, there is an option to request a Gift Card to rebook yourselves for a later date. The link is included in each confirmation email and will instruct you on how to complete the rebooking. This must be completed more than 24 hours prior to your originally booked time. Anything within the 24 hours & up to 2 hours before the start time will require you to contact us directly and cancelling within 2 hours of your reservation time will not be considered and rebooking will not be possible.
